Required Civil Rights posters are listed below with instructions on where to display them and how they can be obtained.
The CR/EEO posters below are to be prominently displayed in all offices where there is an NRCS presence. The posters are to be placed where they can be viewed by employees and customers.
Primary method utilized to inform customers of their civil rights. Institutions participating or administering USDA programs are required to display the appropriate poster in respective facilities where poster can be viewed by customers. (NRCS applicable versions: Form AD-475-A, relevant to assisted programs; and Form AD-475-C, relevant to conducted programs.)
